Tuition Costs

The cost to participate in the program is $500 per individual (includes required materials). Individuals needing assistance may be eligible for tuition assistance.

How To Pay

Self-Pay:

The student will make a non-refundable down payment of $250.00 and make payment arrangements to complete the payment.

Scholarship:

We have funds set aside for an individual to apply for a scholarship. The individual will complete an application and it will be presented to the board for approval.

Company Pays

The company that the individual is employed with pays for them to complete the training. 

Eligibility

Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:

Age:

18 Years & older.

Education:

A high school diploma or GED equivalency is required. Applicant must provide an official transcript for high school. All GED records must be submitted if applicable.

Physical Examinations:

Applicants must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the apprenticeship program, with or without a reasonable accommodation, and without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of the individual or others. Physicals will be covered by the employer.

Background, Drug and Alcohol Testing:

All applicants will be subject to criminal background screening and drug testing. There are no automatic exclusions from acceptance into the program. However, if a background check discloses one or more felony convictions, an assessment will be made on a case-by-case basis. 

Driver’s License/Transportation:

Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license & have reliable transportation to attend classes.
